The working principle of the guardrail pile driver is simple and efficient. The equipment is powered by a diesel engine and transmits power through a hydraulic system, driving a hydraulic hammer to generate strong impact force and continuously penetrating the guardrail steel pipe piles into the foundation. The entire homework process relies on hydraulic sensing and mechanical linkage control, ensuring stable operation and flexible operation.

Instructions for using guardrail pile driver
1. Check before startup
Before starting up, check the mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure that the water tank and oil level are normal. Don't rush to work after starting, let the equipment idle for 3 to 5 minutes, and then start working when it runs smoothly.
2. Chassis and Hydraulic System Operation
The chassis of this machine is driven by a hydraulic motor and has hydraulic stepless speed regulation function. By adjusting the diesel engine speed and fuel supply (manual throttle control), different operating speeds can be achieved.
The front and rear handles on the combination valve are mainly used to control the movement of the equipment. Pushing forward is forward, and pulling backward is backward. In addition to the main control handle, the other handles are responsible for the movements of the lower pressure arm, upper frame, column, and lifting arm, and their division of labor is intuitive and clear. Push the handle forward, and the corresponding component will extend or move; Pulling back, the action immediately retracts in reverse, making it very easy to pick up.
3. Column calibration and stability inspection
After the equipment arrives at the construction site, it should be checked whether the columns are kept vertical. If any deviation is found, it can be corrected by tilting the oil cylinder (or tilting rod) and adjusting the horizontal screw. At the same time, attention should be paid to the locking devices on both sides of the column, and the position of the column should be observed at all times during the pile driving process to prevent displacement.
4. Positioning adjustment
According to the pile position requirements, adjust the longitudinal position of the chassis and the lateral position of the columns to ensure that the columns are accurately aligned with the construction point, providing a stable foundation for subsequent pile driving operations.
5. Operation process of road pile driver
Raise the hydraulic hammer to the height of the pile top, accurately place the lower end of the steel pipe pile into the pile position, align it, and ensure that the top of the hydraulic hammer is tightly attached to the pile head. After maintaining stable pressure on the steel pipe pile, start the hydraulic hammer for pile driving operation until the steel pipe pile reaches the design depth and construction requirements.
